Woman? Is that supposed to insult me?
Long time no post, fellows.Well, new year, new posts.Anyway,so as you may or may not know(but you probably do if you either know me in real life, follow me on Twitter/Tumblr and/or read my previous posts) that one of the things I value most in life are books.I just do.And the detail I appreciate most about books is basically the way its characters are constructed.I always look for complex, amazing, profound characters with an amazing background story and that they just seem as real and human as possible (wether they are actually supposed to be human or not).
Now,one of the characters that's meant an awful lot to me is part of a series that's been huge in my childhood and one of the greatest things about it.Yes,I am talking about miss Hermione Granger from the amazing Harry Potter series.
Since I haven't written in a long while,I want to make this post long and amazing, because there surely is a hell lot of things to say about this one amazing, perfect being.Or fictional character, whatever.
First of all, let's see a short photo evolution of her, shall we?
Another amazing perk of being Hermione Granger,is that she was the only girl in the Golden Trio. But there was no love triangle. She wasn't just another cheap foolish girl that did not know who to choose, because despite all the fighting and mean remarks,it's always been Ron.Not Harry, not Neville/Dean/Seamus,not Krum, but Ronald Weasley.
With her friends, she was no longer just another smart girl, but she was kind, and friendly, and true. And,on Merlin's beard, she founded an organisation to protect the house elves.Who ever did that?I mean, despite the fact that they were actually happy to work their butts for free, but she still wanted them to understand that they matter and it's only fair to defend them, even if they don't devend themselves.
In the end,Hermione is a mother and a wife. And we can all almost bet she kept her own name, because she is a strong, independent witch and I can only hope that if J decides to make a sequel,we will see a lovely motherly Hermione and some curly gingers with amazing minds.
Also, can we all that a minute of appreciate Emma Watson, who was just perfect for this part and who said that they are absolutely going to make remakes in 50 years or so,and she will just be professor McGonagall.
I don't know what else to say, since there's so much left to her,but I suppose you shall just discover it for yourself.
TTYL.
Love always,
Me.

For one moment there, can we all go back to the very first scene when we met Hermione? It was on the Hogwarts Express,fHarry's first year at Hogwarts, after meeting Ronald. The two of them were on their way, alone in the compartment, when this girl with huge hair and kind of a bossy, responsible tone made her way in and asked them if they had seen Neville Longbottom's toad. She soon recognised Harry because of his scar and made a few witty comments that betrayed her know-it-all-ish attitude. The boys weren't that impressed with her, simply because all that energy and that certain glow she had was pretty intimidating,I suppose.A big question mark was Hermione going to Gryffind, and not Ravenclaw, since we know that Ravenclaw's motto is 'Witt beyond measure is a man's greatest treasure.' (and it is also my Hogwarts house, yeey) and we all know that 'witty' doesn't even start covering how smart Hermione is,despite the fact that she would never actually say it that way.
The very fact that she got into another house shows that she is way more than simply smart and logical. It shows that her values and her interests are above that, she knows there are bigger things than a great mind, and she even said it to Harry in the first book,if I am not wrong. She admitted that a clear mind cannot stand a change against features such as a kind soul and a brave heart. And I believe most people tend to forget that and only think of her as a nerd.No-oh,jerks.
Do we even have to talk about how the girl literally took ALL classes available for a long while in her second year? And she said nothing until that crazy Divination teacher got on her nerves so badly she got out.Harry and Ron,on the other side, never understood that.Ron basically took Hogwarts for granted,I am sorry to say,and Harry focused more on the home side of it,since that was something he'd never had.Hermione, she wants to make the best out of everything, and to show her gratitude for all these amazing things and chances she got, because she knew that there weren't many people, especially Muggle borns, that got the oportunity to have so many adventures and this is one of the reasons why she got to the point of being the brightest witch of her age.Another amazing perk of being Hermione Granger,is that she was the only girl in the Golden Trio. But there was no love triangle. She wasn't just another cheap foolish girl that did not know who to choose, because despite all the fighting and mean remarks,it's always been Ron.Not Harry, not Neville/Dean/Seamus,not Krum, but Ronald Weasley.
