Hey there.
So,we already got past the part where I come and say 'I freaking love books, and if you don't know that, you know nothing,John Snow' (wait, what, are we in Game of Thrones?).I just genuinely have a huge passion for books, and I also adore inspirational quotes and Demetria Devonne Lovato aka perfection. So,if you basically put all of these togethere, there is one conclusion ....
'Staying strong:365 days a year" by Demi Lovato is one of my most beloved books, and it is so so so close to my heart, and it is just really personal and it was a huge help to me to get through my days this past year(which is actually really at its beginning so far,but the idea is the same) and I find it perfect on so many levels, and it's one of the things I'd strongly recommend to anyone ever.
So,I hope I at least made you a little curious,if I haven't convinced you to read the book.Demi herself wrote this while in rehab and she now read a passage of it each day to help her get through.I think that is really nice.
Please,do tell if you give it a try.
Love always,
Me.

Now,please don't try to be a hipster and hate on Demi, because I am gonna judge you if you do so,since this girl is such a great role-model (I also have a previous blog post on her,so check that out as well).
Now,despite me being all for read-a-400-pages-book-in-one-day,I really decided to take this book as it is supposed to,one page at a time, since there is one page for every day of the year.I think that this gives you really time to let the 'goal' sink in,and really focus on that certain thing for the day.I read each page in the morning, while getting ready for school, and I basically call them my 'daily mantra'.I just think it is such a great help to have something do to and focus on,so that I am really proud to say I haven't had a serious break-down like I used to.The book and my tiny mantra help on keeping your mind off things, and also I really think they help you develop as a person.I do clearly remember that one day,my mantra was to tell people how much I love them, care about them and appreciate them, and my friends are a little freaked even now because I am never that cheesy.Anoteher day,I remember that I had to do some sport,or exercise or just do something good for my body, and it was such a bad day to exercise,I was in absolutely no mood for it,but I felt so good afterwards. Also, there was one about self-acceptance and I really needed some self esteem boost that day.And I got it.
For example, let me share one piece of advice that I personally find really helpful and I think that any person, ever, would need to just have somebody tell them something like this at some point, because we've all been there, more or less. And it sucks not to have anybody besides you.
