Role models

I am going to ue my good friend urbandictionary.com once again and define this:
2. Role Model
1. Someone that cares enough to set a good example for kids to look up to.

2. Someone that strives to be a decent human being

My #3 role models may seem a little cliché,but they are actually epic as hell people so do not even dare say anything about them.

1.Demetria Devonne Lovato

This girl is my absolute everything.I don't even know where to start from.I wasn't really much of a fan when the whole 'Camp Rock' thing started going on.She was just this new lovely Disney girl with an amazing voice. And that was it.
But,God,this girl.
Let me start talking,please.

Did you have any sort of idea that she has been a bulimic ever since the very fragile age of 8?However,she's been crazy about her weight since the age of 3.Depressing,ain't it?
She's always had this really crap realation ship with her dad, which is really easy for me to relate to.Patrick Lovato wasn't quite the best dad,I guess. You can absolutely see that in one of her very songs,'For the love of a daughter',from 'Unbroken',so,I don't wanna put the song lyrics here,so why not watch it?Hearing her voice as well has a strong impact. One of the reasons she never performed it live. Also, later on,on her new album,'Demi',she has another strong song about this father-daughter-strangers relationship, called 'Shouldn't come back',which I also just adore.Patrick seems to be quite the definition of daddy issues. And this girls is still quite an amazing person, with or without him.Even she admitted that his passing may've actually been a good thing for everyone. Now that is something that you need a lot of nerve to admit,if you ask me.

Also, besides being a bulimic, you can guess that the fame that came with 'Camp Rock' was maybe just a little too much for somebody that broken. That is kind of when she started self harming. This is really hard for anyone to take.Life is hard enough as it is,but when you have real ass problems,it is just too hard to keep going. Her parents made her go into a clinic and get some special treatment. She then found out that besides everything else, she had to deal with bipolar disorder 2.This,however,was sort of a relief, since it was finally a good explanation for her constant mood swings and awkward behaviour.

This is one of the reasons why she tries to always be there for her fans and encourage them.

And this is why she got one of her most personal tattoos, which was also actually there to hide some of her scars.

But she got out of that place, and she was back on her business. She never said that she completly stopped cutting or making herself throw up after the treatment, but it slowly went away in time. And things were starting to get somewhere, even though some days were really impossible.
And she came with a new album,a lot more personal and with a stronger impact than the other things she's done. Her songs just show the real Demi and they are all lovely, some just represent the music of my soul.
But,she did gain some weight,so people just talked shit about her.
'Wait,she throws up?She is such a loser.'
'She looks like an actual human being that is healthy and not just an anorexic plastic doll? That bitch.'
Is this really the society we live in?It's a sick world.
But she is happy with herself, mainly. She keeps making epic changes, like in her style, and her hair is always different(and right now it's an epic blue that I just adore) and she gets her way.
She is at a really good point in her life right now, with her new album, and singles, and The X Factor, and also, she is on Glee,so life is good and Demi is strong.
She went from hurt to unbroken to warrior and this is why I admire and look up to her.

2.Holland Roden
This is another girl that I love, but I don't really have as many epic things to say as I had about Demi, since there's nobody that close to my heart.
This epic ginger, didn't even come to LA because of acting.Na-ah.She came there to study. As in,she has a degree in Women's Study and she wanted to become a scientist(which is why she studied Microbiology at UCLA).
After finishing her school, she got some small parts on some epic shows, but there is one big part that we know her for.

This love.Lydia Martin,in MTV's hit series Teen Wolf.And she has quite a lot in common with her A M A Z I N G character.Just saying.

Fashionista.Smartie.Cool person.
Epic much?
Also, she is another one that stands for girls with curves. She doesn't believe in being skinny, she believes in being a healthy person. This is one of the reasons she didn't really think that she would get Lydia's part in the very first place, because she was described as the model kind of looking girl, but I strongly believe that Holland brings everything to this character. She just feels her, really, cheesy as it sounds. She has this class and sass that is hard to mix.
Anyway, here's some more of her face.

3.Jennifer perfection Lawrence
This one,oh,God.Her simple name makes me wanna burst out laughing. In admiration. If that is even possible. She is known for playing Katniss Everdeen in the epic trilogy 'The Hunger Games'.Also, she was in 'X Men:First class' and she won an Oscar for a deep, amazing movie that I do recommend,'Silver Linings Playbook'.
I don't even know if I should actually say anything about this one or just give you a bunch of cray cray gifs.Maybe a bit of both.
Firstly, she loves food. No,really, food is her favourite thing in the entire world.Screw Oscars, screw awards, just give her some fries and you are besties forever.

I have some more, but I guess you got the point.
Then, she also stands for girls with curls. She says that she wants to be a good role models to all the girls out there and is really against promoting the idea of bony walking skeletons. That's my girl.
Also, she says “I’d rather look chubby on screen and like a person in real life.”

Last, but not least, she is a genuinly awkward person.Like, she is mental on a level I cannot even describe, and she is funny and adorable and yeah.

I'd absolutely love it if you'd tell me about your role models, and I do hope I made you curious enough to Google these ladies.
Let me know.
Love always,
Me.

"All the bright places" by Jennifer Niven ~ Review

Rating:   5/5 Plot: I'm not quite sure what it is that I could share about the plot so that I don't give away too much and ruin the charm of the story and the pleasure of getting to know the characters and their story not knowing much about them beforehand.I think I'm trying to do that a lot nowadays. To put it as plainly as possible,it's honestly as simple as it promises,it's the story of a girl who learns how to live from a boy who wants to die. However simple and complicated at the same time this might sound,it doesn't even start to cover everything, yet perfectly describes it. !warning:  there's a lot of talk about suicide in the book,so if you find that triggering, please do try and avoid getting to it Thoughts on the book: It's hard to even figure out where to start talking about this book, this is how big of an impact it had on me,so I guess I'll just start at the beginning. Once again,I've made the mistake (because this i
